Information about the different Booking Forms that are available:

The show is made up of different exhibitors and so we have different Booking Forms available. Information and prices are either on the Booking form or attached to it.

You can now fill in the forms online, save a copy to your desktop and email it back to us, or you can print it off as usual, fill it in by hand and post back to the address on the form.
 

The Kit Car Manufacturers' Stands are in the George Stephenson Exhibition Hall.

Some Indoor car related Trade Stands are available in the George Stephenson Exhibition Hall.

Outdoor Trade Stands are also available.

Outdoor Autojumble Stands are available.

Outdoor Car Club Stands are available Free of Charge.



The Risk Assessment form is for people in business only. Please fill in the form, it is to help you recognise and deal with health and safety issues involved in exhibiting at shows. Bring the completed form with you when exhibiting.
