Camping

Camping is available inside the showground perimeter fence. If you are camping, you need to follow the signs to the kit car and exhibitors entrance.

If you arrive on Friday or during the day on Saturday, you will need to pay to get into the show for both days! *If you arrive after 4:00pm on Saturday you just pay for Sunday's attendance. There is no need to pre-book a space. There is more than enough space for everyone. You can arrive at any time after 12 noon on the Friday. The main entrance gate is manned by security staff, 24 hours of the day.

* Camping is provided free of charge. You will be charged admission for both days of the show, when arriving Friday or Saturday before 4:00pm. Those who are only camping on Friday night, will have their admission money for Sunday refunded, when they leave the showground on the Saturday. This also applies if you are staying over Saturday night, but not staying for the show on Sunday, but you must vacate the showground before 9.30am on the Sunday, when the show opens. If you fail to comply then the entrance money for the second day will not be refunded. To gain a refund of the Sunday entrance fee, you will need to surrender a valid Camping Pass. Simply produce it to the staff at the kit car and camping entrance on your way out, so don’t lose your ticket. No ticket, no refund.

Camping is available for Friday and Saturday nights only. We are sorry, but Sunday night camping is not permitted. There are two shower blocks. Motorhomes, caravans and awnings are permitted, but there is no provision for connection to 240v electrical power supply.

The camping plan can be found on the downloads page.

If you do not want to camp on the showground, but would like to stay locally, check out our accommodation links here.

Catering outlets are open during the hours of the show. Expect Sausages, hamburgers, baked potatoes, donuts, ice creams etc. There will be a cafe style restaurant operating in the Cedric Ford Pavilion, home of the bar and evening entertainment. Breakfasts will be available from 8.00am - 10.00am. Then sandwiches will be available with the chance of a hot dish at lunch time. This gives you the option to eat indoors in the cafe or outdoors at the mobile units!

In the evening, many people have barbeques. Please exercise extreme care and NEVER leave them unattended. Do NOT dispose the hot ashes in the waste bins. No open fires! Offenders will be removed from the site.

Please do not pitch too close to your neighbours, leave a fire break! There are families with young children so please keep the noise down late in the evening.

Fire extinguishers and buckets of sand are provided for your safety, they should only be used for the purpose for which they are provided.

Campers are invited to the evening entertainment in the Cedric Ford Pavilion. There is a licensed bar on Friday night. And a licensed bar and disco on the Saturday night.
